Love, Joy, Peace...
WHAT WE BELIEVE ABOUT ….

God
We believe there is one true, Holy God who is the Creator and sustainer of the universe. He has eternally existed in three persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit, each of whom are fully God, yet He is one God.

Man
We believe that all humanity is created in the image of God and possesses intrinsic dignity and worth. However, man has sinned through rebellion against God. This rebellion or “sin” separates man from God, that can only be restored through repentance and faith in Jesus.

The Bible
We believe the Bible is God’s revelation to all men; written by men under the guidance of the Holy Spirit so that it is infallible and inerrant. It is unique, complete, and the final authority on all matters of faith, salvation and practice.

Salvation
We believe that salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone. Man can never make up for his sin by self-improvement or good works. Each person can receive salvation by repentance and faith in Christ.

The Church
We believe all who acknowledge Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord are united with Him as members of His body, the one true church sent into the world to shine forth the glory of God. The local expression of the church is wherever God’s people meet regularly to obediently follow Scripture’s command to believers to gather for worship, prayer, fellowship and the teaching of the Word.

Baptism and Communion We believe in observing two biblical ordinances rooted in the actions and teachings of Jesus Christ: Baptism and Communion. These represent both the individual, inward commitment to a personal relationship with Jesus and the corporate, outward sign of being connected to a local community of Christ followers—the local church.

WE VALUE …

Jesus We are keenly aware that all of creation and beyond belongs to Him. He loves us deeply, and we belong to Him in every possible way. He is our King, our Lord, our Brother, and our Savior.

Prayer as essential We continue to learn to pray effectively as individuals and regularly call the church to collective times of prayer.

Expanding the Kingdom of God
We strive to be aware of and communicate the needs of local and global missional activities, freely and joyfully using our resources to empower and equip ourselves and others to share the Gospel.

Relationships
We respect the image of God in all individuals while pursuing the Spirt of God to bring us into Godly relationships encouraging one another so we remain unified in Christ.

Living a life based on sound biblical doctrine
We work to learn and understand what God teaches through scripture and to disciple believers.

People of all ages worshipping and learning together as well as separately
We intentionally plan regular times of multi-generational training, teaching and worshipping.
